Limited Warranty Coverage:
The manufacturer warrants to the original consumer purchaser that Screen Check Kits and evalu-aireŽ products will be free of defects in material and workmanship upon its receipt. All of our items are guaranteed by the manufacturer for one (1) full year unless stated otherwise (Formaldehyde Screen Check Kit is warranted for six (6) months).
The warranty work is provided by the manufacturer. The manufacturer's liability hereunder is limited to replacement of the product. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, tampering or other causes not arising from defect in material or workmanship. This warranty extends to the original consumer purchase of the product only.
Warranty Performance:
During the above warranty period your product will be replaced with the same or comparable product if the defective product is returned, postage prepaid, together with dated proof of purchase, to:

The replacement product will be in warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or for six months, whichever is longer. No charge will be made for replacement of the defective product
Shipping of Warranty Returns
Pack the Kit or Instrument carefully and ship it prepaid and insured to the proper destination noted above. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT HAVING FIRST RECEIVED RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM Building Health Check, LLC.
